Refund and Exchange Policy

We accept returns for refund within 7 days of you receiving the goods. All returns must be registered within 14 days of the dispatch date and shipped back within 21 days of that original dispatch date. Returned goods must be in their original condition, including all original packaging, and fit for resale. Please note that shipping and handling costs are non-refundable. In regards to sale and clearance items; please choose carefully as refunds or exchanges are not allowed on items of incorrect sizing or for change of mind where the product is not faulty

To submit a warranty claim, please contact our customer service team at info@pedalhaus.com.au with your order details and a description of the issue. We will guide you through the warranty claim process, which involves providing proof of purchase, clear photo or video of the fault described, followed by returning the defective product for assessment. Warranty coverage is subject to the manufacturer’s terms and conditions.

Customers are responsible for the shipping costs unless specifically negotiated with customer services at Pedal Haus Australia.  Please contact our customer service team initiate any returns and discuss the issue.
